Receiving:
This specialized tool is designed to allow a receiving clerk to process incoming supplier orders.
Using this tool, the clerk can print a receiving slip as well as labels to be affixed to the received products (barcodes or other types).
The clerk can also update specific order information to track its progress.
Clicking the invoice number hyperlink allows for the processing of the document.
The magnifying glass icon allows for viewing the document.
Once a document has been selected for processing, the processing screen appears.
If any items in an order require serial numbers or lot numbers, they will be marked with the symbols (for serial numbers) or (for lot numbers).
The "ACTIVATE RECEIVING MODE" button enables the entry mode for received quantities. You can also update the product location if necessary.

If the item has serial numbers or a lot number, you can enter them and SAVE the number(s).

Once an item has been received, the green SAVE RECEIPT button will become available, allowing you to record a partial or complete receipt (if all items have been received).

If a required piece of information is missing, or if nothing has been received, the button will not be available. If a symbol such as or appears, it means that a serial number or lot number is missing.
Clicking on the red symbol will allow you to enter the required numbers.
The EXIT RECEIPT MODE button saves the information and returns you to the previous page. You can view serial or lot numbers by hovering your cursor over the serial/lot number symbol.

SCANNING MODE
Scanning mode allows you to "scan" items—provided they have a barcode that matches the product code—or to enter the code manually into the scanning field.

As items are entered, the line will turn orange to indicate a partial receipt; it will turn green if the receipt is complete, or turquoise if an excess quantity has been received.
The button at the top of the page allows you to return to the main console.
