Customer Quote Tracking

Quote Tracking:
This specialized tool is designed to track open sales quotes in real time according to the company's chosen operational method. The quote table can be sorted or configured according to customer classification, route, or salespeople.

The button to the right of the magnifying glass allows you to import this quote directly into an invoice.

The quote number hyperlink allows you to open the invoice for modification. When you save the quote, the system returns to this tracking.

The magnifying glass allows you to view the document.

The customer code hyperlink allows you to open the customer's file in a new tab without a menu and navigation key. This file can only be updated and saved. By closing this tab, we return to the quote tracking.

It is possible to delete a quote or a group using the . In the Legend section, the deletion affects all quotes in the selected category. (30 days, 60 days, 90 days)

In CLOSED QUOTE MODE, you can see the closing information (invoice or order that closed the quote).
