CRM managed events
CRM events are linked to the representatives present in the company. These representatives can be managed in the administrative settings under the "seller" section. A representative then has a seller code. This seller code can optionally be linked to a user in the Administrative Options section in the user's file. The "Sales Options" section for this user allows you to link a user to a seller code. Otherwise, the system cannot automate the display of events for a given person. However, it will be possible to see the events in the various tools (daily events, calendar, etc.), but the user will have to manually select the representative for whom they wish to see the events. (see Users sheet)
There are two types of events:

In message mode
The message type allows you to leave a note for a representative, this is the type that appears by default. It is mainly intended for taking messages for someone who is absent or busy. The messages of the day appear as soon as the recipient returns to the main menu or connects to ADMINO+. It is possible to choose a date other than the current date and link this message directly to a customer record. The message or note box contains the information that will be displayed. When saving, a message becomes immediately visible to the recipient and the page returns to new message mode.
This symbol appears next to the event number if this event is not marked as read. Clicking the symbol marks the event as read.

In appointment mode
In appointment mode you can specify a start date and time and an end date and time. An appointment is entered in the calendar on the dates specified. Apart from this feature, the appointment mode is identical to the message mode.
Optionally, a customer record can be linked to a message or an appointment. Once the customer record is linked, a sales document can also be linked. This information allows representatives to have complete information at hand when viewing the event.
