Service Tracking

These tracking types are used in service tracking to code active work orders.

You can change the color associated with the type (for the first 6) and add additional tracking types according to your needs.

The first 6 types cannot be modified or deleted because they have a specific behavior for work orders.

The legend of the work order tracking indicates the desired types and their status according to this configuration.

The status of the work orders is also visible in the document upload.
