The time clock is used to record the arrival and departure times of employees. The system can:
- record working times
- indicate presences and absences
- accumulate hours and forward them to payroll preprocessing.

Depending on the time clock configuration, it is possible to request the selection of a project or in multi-project mode the selection of projects.
If the project mode is not activated, the entry is made directly. If the project mode is activated (solo or multi), the selection of active projects will be presented and the choice(s) will be supported.
The EXIT mode is not affected by the project option.

When an employee presents himself with his code (normally the RFID card used for access is used) which is entered in his employee record, the system registers the employee
IN or OUT as appropriate.
