This specialized tool is designed to track open work orders in real time according to the company's chosen operational method.
The work order table can be sorted or configured according to customer classification, service type, or technicians.
The legend contains five color codes: in white, unplanned service calls (no date), in yellow, planned calls, in green, confirmed calls, in purple, calls stopped or immobilized for special reasons and finally in pink, all calls whose planned date has passed (late).

The hyperlink of the work order number allows you to open the work order for modification. On saving, the system returns to this tracking.
The magnifying glass allows you to view the document.
Allows you to import the work order directly into an invoice.
The hyperlink of the customer name allows you to open the customer's file in a new tab without a menu and navigation key. This file can only be updated and saved. By closing this tab, we return to the work order tracking.
The type column reflects the service configuration and the type of this work order (see service configuration).
Among the options offered we find:

Allows you to mark a work order as finished (makes it disappear from this screen).
Allows you to close a work order.
