WEBMINO's reporting system contains 3 sections for all reports. All reports work with the same principle.
Section 1 concerns the selection of the report format.
Depending on the type of report chosen, one or more templates are offered. Below the template type, we find the options relevant to the chosen report template.
Section 2 contains the Data Selection method. Depending on the type of report chosen, a start and stop date option will be offered as well as selection boxes relevant to the chosen reports. Among these selection boxes, the specific option allows you to choose particular elements (customers, products, etc.). This section allows the system to determine the parameters for choosing the data for the report.
If the section contains the ARCHIVES MODE (financial statements), this means that a closed year can be accessed for the data.
The ARCHIVES mode allows you to see a report for a closed year. Once activated, you simply have to choose the desired year. The names are determined according to the start and end date (EX: Year12_12 means start in 1012 and end 2012, so January 1 to December 31).

Section 3contains the report output. This section designates the destination of the report, either to the PDF printer or to the screen.
The ? button allows you to obtain the results of folders selected by the parameters of section 2.
