Some of you offer your customers products resulting from a manipulation on your part which consists of taking a certain quantity of items from your inventory and joining them with or without transformation in a product that you will invoice.
For a laborious transformation and a multi-level recipe (assemblies, sub-assemblies, components, methods) there is an exhaustive WEBMINO production module that will satisfy your needs.
This module requires much more preparation than the simple single-level assembly technique and is intended for an assembly line or production floor with more staff, a production schedule and monitoring and the origins of the components to compose a production batch.
This is perfectly suited to a food chain or a factory where monitoring such as Canada GAP certification is mandatory.

For the Assembly module, it will be a simple 1-level production where the labor cost is added if necessary at the time of assembly.
 |
To start, you must create an assembly from the product sheet that will be sold. This is done in the inventory - PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
In the ASSEMBLY STRUCTURE section, create your recipe for the assembled product.
The first option (square here) allows you to suppress printing for the sales set components. This is not used for assemblies.
The second allows you to make the quantity of the recipe INVARIABLE depending on the quantity. (IE does not change with several X assemblies)
|
To perform an assembly, simply click the icon to access the assembly module. For those who will access the module through the menu, you will have to choose your assembly by searching or by entering the assembly code.
 |
The quantity of assembly allowed is controlled or not according to the active rule or not in the OPERATIONAL BEHAVIOR in the ADMINISTRATIVE PARAMETERS. |
 |
When an assembly is placed on a customer order, the customer order tracking and the required product tracking will show the assembly and its recipe to help you visualize what can be assembled.
The number to the right of the small assembly icon shows the POSSIBLE quantity of assembly if the control rule is in effect.

Assemblies made by Subcontractors
In the case where an assembly is created by a subcontractor and you need to place an assembly order with this subcontractor, supplier orders allow the registration of an assembly with its components.
Upon receipt the assembly will be added and the components are removed from your inventory. This is also possible in the receipt console.
