Online Customer Services

Shipping

This section determines if and how shipping costs are calculated, applied and recorded for online product sales.

The first portion is used to determine how the values ??applicable to shipping are collected from the items sold.

2 units from the inventory sheet can be used, either weight or volume. Once the unit is chosen, the value of this unit can be either a direct amount (5=$5) or a cumulative value that will be evaluated in a table.

An amount for free shipping can be specified, it is disabled by default with the value 0.00.

Senders can be added: A sender name (French/English) must be specified, an inventory product code must be associated with this sender and the regional parameters specified for this sender.

A valuation table can be set up if the value method is chosen, for calculating the shipping amount. This table has 10 levels. The level amount will be applied to the shipping costs for a cumulative value of the items sold.
