Users

When you access the users page, you can see the profile of each user. A green OK check mark means that the profile is valid and active.

You can choose an existing user or create a new user with the blue "NEW FILE" button.

To leave this page and return to the administrative options (or the home page for ADMINO+), click on the appropriate button.

By clicking on a user name (or adding a user) the users window appears.
Normally the first 3 fields are the only ones to configure: the username, the password (which is left blank or known like 123 for a new user) and the profile for this user. It is not recommended not to set a password for a user (security reasons)

The fields whose titles are in red are normally controlled by the profile but it is possible to override this directive for exceptions. The security identification code must not be used without having the appropriate equipment. Otherwise the user will never be able to connect. (example: RFID card reader)



User name: the name that the user must use at the portal.

Password: the user's password, maximum 8 characters and case sensitive.

User profile: the profile of this user.

Initial module launch: This option is identical to the profile option but indicates an exception. This allows you to choose the page that will be launched as soon as a user of this profile accesses a company. By default, the main menu is launched for all users.

No password change: Prevents the user from changing or assigning a different password. (useful for DEMO or GUEST users in a system)

Last access: date and time of the last access of this user

Password expiration: forced expiration date for this user's password.

Options linked to the salesperson code: This option allows a direct link between the user and the company's salesperson file. A user linked to a salesperson, will see the appointments, messages etc. assigned to this salesperson and will allow the point of sale and invoicing to assign the seller automatically.

Companies available for this user (ADMINO+ only):To allow a user to access one or more companies, the option must be checked in the company register.


Work in Progress At the bottom of this page you will also see the list of work in progress or work capsules that contains the specific information of a function. Ex: If you start an invoice, the invoice information is saved in a work capsule. This is what allows you to automatically retrieve the contents of the invoice on another workstation or in another session for this user. In some cases, you may want to delete the working capsule (error or other reason) which forces WEBMINO to start a new complete job.
