Invoice Tracking

There are two Invoice Trackers: one specifically designed to work with the LGT POS and the other standard tracker.

The LGT POS has an item view and a simple view option (720 pixels) for tablets. It can be used either in a restaurant kitchen or as an order preparation screen much like the shipping console.

This specialized tool is designed to track open sales invoices in real time according to the company's chosen operational method. You can change a specific status of the invoice and track its progress. Possible statuses include packaging or preparing the invoice items for shipping or picking, shipping the invoice to the customer, and receiving the invoice items by the customer. The color of the lines (see Legend at the top right) indicate the status of the invoice.

The hyperlink of the invoice number allows you to open the invoice for modification. When you save the invoice, the system returns to this tracking.

The magnifying glass allows you to view the document.

The hyperlink of the customer code allows you to open the customer file in a new tab without a menu and navigation key. This file can only be updated and saved. By closing this tab, we return to the invoice tracking.

Among the available options, it is possible to mark the status of the invoices: PACKED - IN TRANSIT - SHIPPED - DELIVERED/FINISHED.

The button allows you to mark the status of this invoice as in process (in preparation).

The button allows you to mark the status of this invoice as packed (or ready to ship-deliver).

The button allows you to mark the status of this invoice as in transit (delivery in progress).

The button allows you to mark the status of this invoice as shipped (delivered to the sender).

The button allows you to mark the status of this invoice as delivered-finished (received by the customer).

The button allows you to mark the custom status from 1-9 (configured in the sales tracking of the ADMINISTRATIVE SETTINGS).

These statuses allow users to quickly determine the status of an invoice and according to the established rules of the company, perform the appropriate tasks.
