Supplier Order Tracking

Supplier Order Tracking Tool

This specialized tool is designed to track open product orders in real time according to the company's chosen operational method. The order table can be sorted or configured according to the supplier ranking. The legend contains two color codes: in yellow the new or untouched orders and in green the orders for which a portion of the items has already been received. In the tables underlying the order that contains the items, the gray lines represent the items already received (quantity in green) and the lines with the quantity in orange indicate the quantities to come.

The hyperlink of the order number allows you to open the order for modification. When you save the order, the system returns to this tracking.

The magnifying glass allows you to view the document.

The supplier code hyperlink allows you to open the supplier's file in a new tab without a menu and navigation key. This file can only be updated and saved. By closing this tab, we return to the order tracking.
