Intra Branches:
This specialized tool is designed to order products from a designated warehouse (source) in the warehouse section (See ADMINISTRATIVE SETTINGS).
The procedure is quite simple and resembles inventory taking. If equipped with a laser scanner or other barcode capture device, simply record the items you wish to order from the source.
For the source administrator this could represent an order made to his warehouse by a branch.
A quantity adjustment option is available if you use manual entry or if you wish to adjust the quantity instead of entering the unit.
An entry ADMINISTRATOR MODE indicates that the user is registered as an intra administrator (in his profile) and has certain advantages, particularly for the reception module.
The items appear in reverse order (last entered at the top) and the display is limited to 25 items to prevent the screen from scrolling and maintain maximum entry speed.
If the button (VIEW ALL ITEMS) is activated, all items (25 and more) are displayed.
The WAIT button allows you to save the current intra without putting it in transit (THEREFORE NOT AVAILABLE FOR RECEPTION) and at this point it is possible to resume it and continue the order until it is finished.
Once the intra is complete, the COMPLETED button saves the intra and places it in TRANSIT mode. From this moment, the intra is available in the closing or reception of the intras of this company.
