Online Customer Services

Payments

The payments section allows you to determine and specify the PAYPAL information to allow online payment.

The first 3 pieces of information, namely: PAYPAL User ID, Password, Signature, are mandatory to make an online payment with PAYPAL. If the word TEST is entered and saved in the 3 boxes, the system will allow the simulated PAYPAL payment method that will create real invoices or orders without making PAYPAL payments (to be used with care).

The telephone number for assistance: will be displayed in the store in the event that a PAYPAL payment or access problem would be encountered.

The source email for sending: Is not currently used.

The last 4 pieces of information: either PAYPAL request URL. PAYPAL redirection return URL, PAYPAL payment OK return URL, PAYPAL payment INCOMPLETE return URL, are automatically configured by the system and are not accessible by the configurator.
