Online Customer Services

Emails

This section allows you to configure the automated messages sent by the system according to the configuration options.

If an HTML image is specified, the message will be composed in HTML mode, otherwise a pure text mode will be used.

3 sections are defined:

- Order confirmation: is used for the Sales by order mode.

- Order shipping: is used by the invoice tracking when using the Email option. This option is available when an invoice is put in Transit or Shipping.

- Sales Invoice: is used for the Sales by Invoice mode.

To the left of the notepads is a substitution lexicon to make the emails personalized.
