Product Creator

Tools for rapid product creation (CREATION MODE)

This tool allows the rapid creation of inventory sheets for standard products (CREATION MODE) and products linked by one or more dimensions (COMPOSITION MODE).

In rapid mode, simply enter (or scan) the product code to validate its creation (it must not exist). Then enter the desired information (description is mandatory) and click the green button to create the product sheet.



Tools for creating related products (colors-sizes) (COMPOSITION MODE)

This specialized tool allows the creation of inventory sheets for products related by one or more dimensions (colors, size, etc.).

To begin the composition of a product, you must determine a prefix or root code for the product created. The description, category and other parameters will be replicated for all the sheets created.

To establish the dimensions applicable to the products, you must either create dimensions or use existing dimensions. A dimension is a list of size, color or other attributes that distinguish the different products in this list.



In this example, a women's sweater represents the root of the product, to which will be added dimension 1 (sizes) and dimension 2 (colors). To include a dimension element in the selection, simply click on it in the available box.
To remove a selected element, highlight it in the selected box and click the button.

It is important to place the dimensions in order of use. In this example, Dimension 3 is not used for this product. The dimensions can be moved using the arrows (up and down).

By clicking on the product preview, we see that 20 different product sheets would be created. We also notice the adjustment of the descriptions according to the dimensions. It is possible to do this work manually but never at the same speed as the product creator. By clicking the Create Products button, the sheets are created in a few moments.

To modify or extend a dimension, you must click on the button to access the dimension modification page. On this page you can add or delete the elements according to your needs.
