The salesperson records contain information to identify the resource person used in various modules of the system.
It is possible to link a salesperson VIA a user record to route messages from a representative to a user's main menu (see company menu)
Among the parameters, it is possible to specify a type of remuneration (or commissions) and certain criteria on the calculation of this commission. Most of the time the calculation is according to the inventory items and categories unless the salesperson is at a fixed percentage on all of his sales.
The types of remuneration are:
-No remuneration: no commission calculated by the system.
-Sales commission according to items: commission calculated according to the inventory category except for the exceptions specified in the inventory sheet of the product.
-Sales commission according to percentage: commission calculated according to the amount of the sale and the percentage specified in this sheet.
-Tip only: no commission calculated by the system.
-Sales commission according to items specific %: commission calculated according to the inventory category except for the exceptions specified in the inventory sheet of the product but applying the percentage specified in this sheet.
It is also possible to assign a project to this representative who will be automatically selected for sales.

In the income modules it designates the representatives or salespeople used on invoices and sales documents.
In the service module, it designates the technicians used on work orders and service calls.
In some add-ons (like the clinical module) this sheet contains additional information to identify the person online in reservations or appointments.
