The service calendar differs from the event calendar by the absence of any activity other than service calls. In addition, certain sorting and selection are available only in this calendar.
There are 4 forms for the presentation of the service schedule:
- 6 months from the current month: In this calendar, the current date is in yellow. The green boxes represent days with service calls, the red boxes represent a day that may contain service calls but has been reported blocked. This signal is normally used to prevent other service calls from being added to this day. By selecting the day, you can directly access the daily calendar.

- Monthly: By selecting a month in the previous calendar, the service calendar of the month appears. This contains a legend of the configured service types as well as the number of each type of call in the days. From this calendar, you can directly access the weekly form or directly the day.

- Weekly: Also contains the legend of the service types as well as more detailed information of the service call in the day box. If the call is confirmed, a green circle will accompany the service call information. By clicking on the day, you can directly access the daily calendar. By clicking on the work order number, you can directly access the work order.

- Daily: Also contains the legend of the service types and all the calls of the day with complete details. Options are offered for each call to:
View work order
Open date modification (move call)
Delete work order

For the date modification option, the following dialog will be presented by saving a new date, the call will take the appropriate place in the calendar.
