Main Menu

Company Main Menu

Once admitted to a company, a summary dashboard for the company is presented.

The main menu is displayed at the top of the page. By hovering over the menu with the mouse, the different options will appear.
The QUIT option sends the user to the home page but does not close the session. (except in WEBMINO if there is only one company)
The favorites activated in the profile of this user appear on the right of the menu.

The bottom part contains the fiscal year dates and the status of the periods as well as the current period. A period bar in red means that it is locked for operations.


The section at the very bottom contains information relating to open invoices in this company.

If the user is linked to a seller, the event log for this seller will be presented. This part of the CRM is presented directly in the main menu.
By clicking on an event, the CRM will open and present the details of this event.

For new users who are starting their company, consult the starting section on the home page for the procedures to follow to configure the system to correctly integrate your past and present activities into the software.

In the user profiles it is possible to choose from 5 options for displaying information in the center of the main menu page.
The choices are:
- The volume of transactions and periods locked or not. (default option)
- The summary of the day's operations.
- The summary of sales by period.
- The bulletin board.
- Nothing at all.

OPTION 1- The volume of transactions and locked or unlocked periods. (default option) Each bar represents the number of transactions in a period. If the bar is green the period is open, in red it is locked, in blue the current period.
OPTION 2- The summary of the day's operations. Each slice represents the proportion of the designated activity (except transactions). A table indicates the volume of activities.
OPTION 3- The summary of sales by period. Each bar represents the turnover (sales) per period.
OPTION 4- The bulletin board. The bulletin board is an HTML page that can present company news or any other information. (see bulletin board management)
OPTION 5- Nothing at all (no explanation needed).
