The time clock control system is used to adjust the entries made by employees subject to the time clock system.

To correct an entry, simply click
A correction can be entered or an entire entry can be deleted.
The employee's schedule and exceptions can also be accessed. This is normally configured via the employee's file.

The configuration can be accessed by the TIME CLOCK CONTROL by clicking the rules access button 
Among the rules we find:
- monitoring of delays (according to the employee's schedule) and the active or inactive criterion in minutes
- a maximum time entered (to report and correct oversights)
- specify a time to add or remove per day if the half-day (8-12-24) is reached.
If no maximum is specified then the time is added or removed per day automatically.
- rounding of times entered
- automatic elimination of entries exits with a time minimum
- refusal of unscheduled access (according to the employee's schedule)
- overtime rules for transfer to payroll
- absence monitoring (according to the employee's schedule)
- time for displaying visual confirmation when using the time clock (in seconds)
