Trial Balance

G/L Trial Balance

The trial balance allows you to check the balances for all G/L accounts for a given period including the starting period. (0)



The ARCHIVES mode allows you to see a trial balance for a closed year. Once activated, you simply have to choose the desired year. The names are determined according to the start and end date (EX: Year12_12 means start in 1012 and end 2012, so January 1 to December 31).

Following the selection of the desired period, the system produces the report with or without the requested options.
