The budget function allows you to establish a budget and view the results in real time.
The budget is presented in the form of the income statement configured in the financial statements (see ADMINISTRATIVE SETTINGS - FINANCIAL STATEMENTS)
The budget can either represent the overall budget (ALL PROJECTS) or only a specific project. (If the project section is not available, the per-project option is not enabled for this company.
The budget can also be printed as visible (either overall or per-project).
To establish the overall budget, two methods can be used:
1) -By the G/L account chart. By going to the account chart or by clicking the button, the G/L account page will be opened.

The button allows you to switch the amount entered in the following balances up to period 24. This facilitates the periodic increase of the amounts without having to enter the full balance each period.
2) -By clicking the MODIFY BUDGET button on the page. This will open the complete modification of the budget either global or for the selected project.
