ADMINO+ online system
It is important to understand that the ADMINO+ product is an assembly of standard modules from the WEBMINO family.
ADMINO+ is simply a complete low-budget formula on a server shared by account holders or subscribers.
The difference with a WEBMINO system is that the server is 100% dedicated to the client on which the client can connect printing devices in real time.
In addition, a WEBMINO system offers an infinite possibility of additional modules and custom-made modules.
In this on-screen help manual, you will find the procedures and explanations on how to use the different functions available in the system.
Please note that some functions are optional or reserved and may be absent from your system depending on the options available for your account.
To simplify learning, when available, a video tutorial on the subject concerned is, where possible, offered at the top of the help page.
The particular nature of a WEB system incorporates certain operating rules that should be known to users.
1) You must remember that the system communicates through WEB pages and that no synchronized or hidden communication exists.
A communication only takes place if the page is redisplayed (momentary flash or HTML post) after either a button click or the entry of data that activates a function.
2) Going back (using the "BACK" button) to another page is to be avoided and is often blocked because it only displays the old page in memory. So it does not necessarily show the current data because no request is sent to the server.
3) Since version 5, the WEBMINO infrastructure uses sessions directly on the server and NO LONGER USES "COOKIES" to store information about current operations.
A session is created during the initial connection and is persistent (good for 60 days) unless:
- the user closes his session from the home page
- the user changes IP address
- the user tries to connect without specifying the session code in the address (URL)
- the user tries to connect with his name while a session is in progress on another workstation
4)According to an optional choice in the user profile, the system reports as well as certain functions such as historical viewing can use "POP-UPS" or pop-up windows.
The default choice uses an internal frame and does not require any activation. If the POP-UP choice is specified, then these windows must be activated (at least for the ADMINO+ server) to obtain the reports and other functions that use these windows. |

Some users experience difficulties because of their working method.
Sometimes you need to do 2 things at the same time without being able or wanting to manage a change of function. In this case it is possible (but not desirable) to open another tab
and work twice in WEBMINO.
If we do two different things (two different functions like an invoice and a customer file consultation) it can be fine.
But WARNING there are some things that we should know. If we log out in a tab or window, then the user is gone (for the server) and the other will be ejected.
Fortunately (in this case) most users do not close their session and simply close the window.
The mechanics of work capsules is that which allows users to work for example on a workstation during the day, and in the evening on another workstation at home. There is only one work capsule per user.
This therefore allows a user to start an invoice during the day and finish it in the evening at home. The capsule is attached to the user and not to the workstation.
On the other hand, if the user logs in on 2 workstations (or two windows or tabs, which is technically the same thing for the server), it must be remembered that ONLY ONE WORK CAPSULE is available for this user.

In the case where it is necessary to work at the same time, it will be necessary to create another ELVIS2 user and this user will have his own work capsule (NO MORE CONFLICT!)
A standard ADMINOPLUS account allows you to have 10 users, so don't hesitate to create them and don't all use the same user at the same time!
