Lots in Sales
In Billing or Counter Billing, enter an item for which a lot exists. |
|
You can either choose the lot or enter the sold lot.
NOTE: If more than one lot is sold the item will have to be distributed over the number of lines according to the number of lots sold
A blue lot button means that this lot is not specified or chosen but actual lots exist.
A green lot button means that this lot is specified or chosen and actually exists in the inventory.
A red lot button means that this lot is not specified or chosen but it will be mandatory to do so to save.
A light gray lot button means that this lot is not specified and that no lot exists currently.
|
To choose a batch simply click on the batch in the selection window. A batch can also be "SCANNED" via a reader or entered manually.
The batches will be adjusted in the inventory after saving the invoice. The invoice will contain the batch sold and via the inventory sheet the trace of the batches used in production.
The semi-finished product or assembly line will be in green and broken down to show the trace of ALL ingredients in yellow.
